This notice covers visits to the Suvia website, language switching, the privacy and brand pages, and selection of the App Store link. The Suvia macOS app is covered by the separate Product Privacy Policy.

We use data for clear purposes, minimize processing and retention, and explain our practices openly. We do not sell personal information or build advertising profiles from website visits.

The website has no account login, beta application, comments, on-site payment, or installer download. It includes no third-party analytics, advertising pixels, social trackers, or marketing cookies and does not create a cross-site profile.

Hosting and security providers may process basic request data—such as IP address, request time, path, browser or device type, and response status—to deliver the site, diagnose faults, prevent abuse, and audit security. It is deleted or anonymized after the shortest period needed under the operator's and provider's settings.

The “View on the App Store” link only navigates your browser to Apple's App Store product page. Before that navigation, this website does not create an account, record an Apple ID, read purchase status, or receive payment information.

After you leave this website, Apple may process visit, store-account, storefront, purchase, and security information under its own privacy policy. Apple is independently responsible for that processing.

The website has no business database for visitor-submitted content. Basic network logs are handled under hosting and security settings and retained only as long as needed for delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and security obligations.

We use HTTPS, a content security policy, access controls, and minimized logging. No network service can guarantee absolute security; we will remediate and notify as required if an incident may affect your rights.

Cloud hosting, content delivery, DNS, and network-security services support page delivery. They should process basic network data only to the extent needed to provide those services.

We do not provide website visit data to independent third parties except to deliver the site, meet legal duties, protect vital lawful interests, or respond to a lawful request from a competent authority. We do not sell it to data brokers or advertising platforms.

You may ask to be informed, access, copy, correct, supplement, or delete your information, withdraw consent, or request an explanation of this notice. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully performed before it. We normally respond within 15 business days after necessary identity verification unless law provides otherwise.

The website is for a general audience, is not directed to children under 14, and has no form asking children to submit personal information.
